COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGY (GREEN CLIMATE FUND). Led team that developed global communications strategy for multilateral financial institution focused on leveraging public and private climate finance, scaling up major financial investments in sustainable low carbon economic development, and creating new markets to address opportunities and risks arising from climate change.
GENDER POLICY (GREEN CLIMATE FUND). Coordinated expert consultations for development of institution's gender policy aimed at accelerating women's role in addressing climate change, reducing gender inequalities and promoting women's participation in local, national and international decision-making.
Cinema Croatia (Mission of Croatia to the EU). Created and managed sold-out week long film series, sponsored by the Motion Picture Association, Croatian Tourist Board and CINEMATEK/Brussels Film Museum. Series promoted Croatia's brand image during EU membership negotiations and included VIP screenings: Belgian premiere of "What's a Man without a Mustache?" (Dir. Hrvoje Hribar) and Oscar Entry of Best Foreign Language Film, "A Wonderful Night in Split" (Dir. Arsen-Aonto Ostojic.)
MARKET RESEARCH REPORT (THE COCA-COLA COMPANY). Led corporate consulting team that developed and executed first known global consumer survey in casual dining segment. Delivered 100-page report to client analyzing quantitative/qualitative findings for strategic markets in Asia, Europe and Central/South America. Presented market insights and recommendations to Coca-Cola executives (International Customer Marketing Group) and franchise customer executives.
BRAND MANAGEMENT PLAN (DeBEERS). Led brand management consulting team that developed new business model, premium positioning and brand strategies for DeBeers diamonds. Brand recommendations implemented in marketplace by DeBeers/Bain & Co. included launch of DeBeers global retail brand.
Developed and launched bilingual website for cleantech company with commercial and residential solar energy customers in Germany and the UK. Branding, content, social media.
Created first of its kind CINEMA CROATIA film series in EU capital, targeted at audiences including EU Commission/Directorate-General staff and political influencers. Managed marketing, sponsorship and media outreach for inaugural DUBROVNIK INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL. Managed marketing communications for streaming music startup funded by Intel.
Created and managed VIP events in Washington, DC, and Brussels aimed at policy/decision-makers and accredited press corps: Photographic exhibits in Russell Rotunda (US Senate) and Berlaymont building (European Commission); VIP/diplomatic receptions; experiential cultural branding. Managed high profile launch ceremony in South Korea of multilateral financial institution, in coordination with Government’s Ministry of Strategy and Finance.
Led development of Green Climate Fund's brand identity, in partnership with agency RDA NY/BERLIN. Secured favorable coverage and interviews in leading financial press, including Financial Times and Bloomberg News. Secured favorable broadcast coverage and interviews for heads of state (CNN International, Euronews, etc.) Secured wire service coverage (AP, Reuters, AFP). Secured national TV/radio/print coverage - news and documentary segments (France24, WDR-Germany, RTBF-Belgium, etc.)
